Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
- Operate desktop computer to compose and edit correspondence and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction and from knowledge of policies of established departments/divisions; prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of numerous meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting and Negotiation with seller and buyer
- Provide support to execute Oil & Gas customers air/sea freight shipments
- Monitor and ensure shipment's efficiency and compliance
- Act as customer´s key contact point to handle the entire shipment matters and provide solutions when necessary
- Handle carrier rates sourcing & prepare for clients' quotation
- Compile and maintain shipment data for management reporting
- Dealing with Shipping Documents
- Ensure payment documents such as LC to be issued on time
- Ad-hoc Operation duties
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree in Economy/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Fluent English essential as daily contact with traders and internal departments is conducted in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and numeral literacy are very important
- Accurate and efficient working style with good attention to detail to complete the daily processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
