Supervisor Corporate Call Center
(Code : Code : Spv CCC - CBA 10)


Responsibilities:

The job holder will take full responsibility of Corporate Call Centre (CCC)Telephone Service day-to-day operation and ensure high level of service is delivered to customers. Ensure the excellent service standard performance of Corporate Call Centre and also enhance customer servicedelivery within agreed service standards and operating guidelines. The jobholder is also encouraged to do sales activity within Corporate Call Centre area upon sales opportunity of HSBC products.

Requirement:

  • Has a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in a call center environment (preferrably banking).
  • Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience.
  • Understanding general Banking policy and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management products.
  • Sales ability and skills preferred.
  • Able to use MS Office application.
  • University degree (S1).
  • Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good interpersonal skill.


Relationship Manager - Global Banking
Code (RM GB - CBA 10)

(Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:

  • The jobholder is responsible to support senior RMs in managing and growing local corporate names, including state-owned enterprises, under Global Banking IMO.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible in daily operational duties in managing the accounts and follow up on customers' requirements in an effective, efficient and timely manner.


Requirements:


  • Hold minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in any related discipline with outstanding achievements
  • Has minimum 2 years working experience in banking, with Corporate Relationship Management exposure
  • Has good knowledge of Banking Operation, Products and Systems (CARM/HUB/Treats) with basic knowledge in credit
  • Has pleasant personality with customer service oriented with proactive attitude
  • Good network within internal support functions
  • Excellent team player with good time management
  • Strong sense of ownership/accountability
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity
  • Proficient in English and computer literate are required
