- Responsible for managing the reception desk, handling basic inquiries and attending to telephone calls
- Attending to walk in visitors, arranging meeting roooms
- Coordinating all office administration activities - facility management, housekeeping, distribution of incoming/ outgoing mails, courier services, etc
