- Menyediakan data dan dokumen untuk auditor dan konsultan

- Mendelegasikan dan memeriksa pekerjaan staff

Requirement:

- Pria/Wanita - Single

- Pendidikan Min S1

- Memiliki pengalaman min 3 thn dalam bidang yang sama

- Memiliki kemampuan teknis yang baik dalam bidang akuntansi, costing, dan perpajakan

- Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim maupun personal

- Mampu memenuhi target waktu laporan dan siap bekerja dalam tekanan

Petrosea has access and support to world class management and project delivery systems which allows Petrosea to deliver international excellence to the Indonesian market..

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

MINING ENGINEER

Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experiences in mining industry.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Computer literate

Willing to be located in company project sites in remote areas

Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and analyze project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilizing PT Petrosea standard systems

Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations (utilizing Surpac mine planning software)

Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements

Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary

Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented

Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent

Collect data related to subcontractor performance and prepare summary reports required for the project

Work in conjunction with site survey team to analyze progress surveys and haul profile surveys

Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining engineers and technical assistants

Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages

FINANCE ASSISTANT (3 months contract-Jakarta Base)

General Function:

To provide finance and accounting support to the World Relief programs in accordance with World Relief's Policies and Procedures, maintain accounting records and the general ledger and provide reports.

Qualification

· 3 year Diploma in Accounting up to Bachelor Degree

· Minimum of 1 years book keeping or accounting experience

· Ability to work with numbers

· Demonstrate ability to manage cash

· High level computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

· Knowledge in using QuickBooks or other PC based Accounting packages

· Good organizing skills and ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to work independently with limited supervision

· A team player with good interpersonal skills

· Able to handle and guard confidential information sensitively and discretely

· Demonstrated ability to work cross culturally

· Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage.
